Response Timeframes

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond fully within 45 days. If additional time is needed, we will notify you and explain the reason for the delay. Extensions are limited to one additional 45-day period.

No Discrimination Policy

NGL LAW will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under CCPA/CPRA. You will not be denied access to our content, charged different fees, or receive a lower quality of service because you opted out, deleted your data, or requested access.
